Directions
In a shallow bowl, prepare the breading.
Whisk the egg in another bowl.
Dip each yellowtail flounder fillet in the egg, ensuring it's fully coated.
Press the fillets into the breading, covering them evenly.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Fry the breaded flounder fillets until they are golden brown and cooked through.
