spring onions

Directions

  1. Grill on medium heat
  2. Brush the fish with olive oil and season with salt
  3. Grill fish on both sides until cooked (time is dependent on size of fish and how hot grill is)

Sauce

  1. Chop the spring onion and grill the garlic
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor
  3. Add lemon juice
  4. Pulse till the mixture comes together
