Directions

Fishspread

  1. Steam the yellowtail flounder fillets until warmed through.
  2. Flake the flounder into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flaked yellowtail flounder with cream cheese and creme fraiche.
  4. Add finely chopped spring onions and dill to the mixture.
  5. Grate lemon zest into the spread.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix everything until well combined.

Serve

  1. Spread the fish mixture onto slices of bread, crackers, or as a dip for veggies.
  2. Garnish with additional chopped dill and lemon zest.

Fishdip

  1. Steam the yellowtail flounder fillets until warmed through.
  2. Flake the flounder into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flaked yellowtail flounder with crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and cream.
  4. Add finely chopped shallots and parsley to the mixture.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice into the dip for a burst of citrus flavor.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix everything until well combined.

Serve

  1. Use the fish dip as a flavorful accompaniment for chips, bread, or vegetable sticks.
