The main Atlantic Halibut fishery is Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified. All producers are certified by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
Atlantic Halibut is high in protein, rich in nutrients such as vitamin B and is a good source of selenium, phosphorus and magnesium. It contains moderate levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial to brain and heart health.
Fresh: 200 lb and 300 lb in cartons or wooden boxes
