Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/180°C
  2. Place 3 slices of lemon and tomato in the centre of your parchment paper
  3. Add some dill and sliced garlic
  4. Place cod on top of everything
  5. Season cod with salt
  6. Place tomato, lemon, garlic and dill on top of cod
  7. Place butter on top of fish and on both sides
  8. Start to close your parchment paper
  9. You are making a pouch that is closed so all the steam stays inside the pouch, before closing all the way add the white wine, once closed, place on sheet tray
  10. Cook in oven for 20 minutes
  11. Remove from oven and place fish on a plate then pour all liquid in the pouch over the cod
